- Introduction
Lingtrio LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702,
United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Burgerman: Burgers & Recipes mobile
application (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal
information when you use our App. By downloading or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy
Policy. - Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide Directly:
When you create an account or use our App, we may collect: your name and email address (via Apple
Sign-In or Google Sign-In); profile information you choose to provide; and payment transaction data
processed through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not directly collect or store your credit card or
billing information — all payment processing is handled by Apple Inc.
b) Information Collected Automatically:
We may automatically collect certain information when you use the App, including: device identifiers
(anonymous device keys for voting purposes); usage data such as features accessed and ratings submitted;
app crash logs and performance data; and general location information (country/region) derived from your IP
address for regional content compliance.
c) Information from Third Parties:
If you sign in via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we receive basic profile information (name, email) as
permitted by your authentication provider. We use Supabase as our backend database provider to store
user data securely. We use RevenueCat to manage and validate in-app purchases. - How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features; process and
validate your in-app purchases; personalize your experience (saved burgers, cooking history, ratings);
respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; send you service-related notifications; comply with
legal obligations under applicable U.S. law; and detect and prevent fraud or abuse. - Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We may
share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We share data with Supabase (database), RevenueCat (purchase management), and
Apple Inc. (authentication and payments) solely to operate the App. These providers are contractually
obligated to protect your data.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or
governmental authority, including under the laws of the United States.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of Lingtrio LLC, your information may be
transferred as part of that transaction. - In-App Purchases
The App offers one-time in-app purchases (“Secret Burger” unlocks) processed exclusively through Apple’s
App Store payment system. We do not collect or store your payment card details. All billing inquiries and
refund requests must be directed to Apple Inc. via your App Store account. Purchases are non-refundable
except as required by applicable law or Apple’s refund policy. Once a purchase is made, the content is
permanently unlocked to your account. - Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at privacy@burgerman.org.
Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it
for legal or compliance purposes. - Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information,
we will promptly delete it. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has submitted personal
information to us, please contact us at privacy@burgerman.org. - Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal
information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encrypted data
transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure backend infrastructure through Supabase, and restricted access to
personal data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot
guarantee absolute security. - Your Rights
Depending on your state or jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, including:
the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; the right to opt out of certain data
processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at
privacy@burgerman.org. We will respond to your request within 30 days. - Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to YouTube videos or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the
privacy practices of those services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party
services you access through our App. - Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the
“Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after any changes
