Made with a juicy Impossible™ patty, it’s topped with fresh lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, ketchup, and mayo on a soft sesame bun. Perfect for vegans or anyone looking for that flame-grilled Whopper flavor without beef. FOR THE IMPOSSIBLE PATTY: • 1 Impossible™ burger patty (or other plant-based beef substitute) • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp black pepper FOR THE SAUCE: • 1 tbsp vegan mayonnaise • 1 tsp ketchup • pinch of black pepper FOR ASSEMBLY: • 2 sesame seed burger buns, toasted • 1–2 slices tomato • 1/2 cup (20g) shredded iceberg lettuce • 3–4 dill pickle slices • 2–3 rings raw onion

    Season the Impossible patty with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Cook the patty. Grill or pan-fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through with slight grill marks.

    Toast the buns lightly until golden.

    Prepare the sauce by mixing vegan mayonnaise, ketchup, and a pinch of black pepper until smooth.
